Statcounter provides customisable hit counters , visitor tracking, web analytics and website stats for Format.com.

Sign up for an account at Statcounter to get your code.
These instructions will be repeated after you've created an account and added your first project.
Already a member?
Copy the StatCounter code
Login to Format
In the bottom left click Settings
Click Site towards the top (under Format Account)
Scroll to the bottom
Next to Custom <head> Include click the button Continue Anyway
Press CTRL+V to paste the statcounter code into the box
Click blue Save Changes on the upper right
